• 1h of heat shock at 37 °C (WTB, positive control)
• 0 min of red-light (660 nm) exposure (negative control)
• 5 min of red-light exposure
• 15 min of red-light exposure

HSP70 expression levels were normalized to the housekeeping protein actin (42 kDa, detected by fluorescence at 800 nm (green)).
