To determine whether flies have a siesta, a period of the day when they are relatively less active, Nisa conducted a test using the Buridan paradigm to measure how much flies move at each time point of the day (N=24 for each group):

There is not much difference between groups but if I have to test my Dop2R-RNAi flies 15:00-16:00 or 16:00-17:00 appears to be best choices
